I support corporations with their learning and development departments to create effective educational programs for their associates.

I assist educational institutions on their strategy formulation and implementation. I have more than 20 years of experience as a professor of leadership at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS, China), where I have held roles as MBA and Global EMBA Director.
